TEXARKANA-AND RAIN-RAIN-RAIN

We arrived in Texarkana-expecting to spend two nights-watch the Nascart race from Phoenix,then on to Austin-or there-abouts!!
Well, the weather had its own plan for us-so we spent 4 days instead-and it was ok fine. We got our laundry done,and I finally got to read a great book I had started-and we just hung out and enjoyed the weather. Sometimes what we plan is not really what we are supposed to be doing-so we have learned you just go with it!
Sorry, no pics of Texarkana-there were some cool buildings we had wanted to see-and then there is the post office-it has two zip codes-Arkansas and Texas-we would have mailed post cards from there-but we didn't-so they will go out from Austin instead.
